Triangle North’s network of four business and industrial parks are state-certified as “ready for development” for companies that want to locate or expand in the Research Triangle Region of North Carolina.
The parks offer a mix of locations and sizes to meet the needs of businesses of all types – from R&D to manufacturing to logistics and distribution – at any stage of development.
All four parks qualify for the highest-level (Tier 1) state jobs tax credit, which translates to $12,500 in tax credits for every job created by companies that locate in them. All four offer access to the skilled workforce, business-friendly climate and innovation that is the hallmark of the Research Triangle Region, home to The Research Triangle Park™ and three major research universities (Duke University, N.C. State University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill).
